Waiter/Waitress



We are looking for a friendly and professional Waiter/Waitress to join our team at our busy restaurant in Sheduva. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and escort them to their tables
- Present menus to guests and answer any questions
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
- Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure all orders are accurate and meet the guest's expectations
- Provide recommendations on menu items based on guest preferences or dietary restrictions
- Handle any guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and report them to the manager if necessary
- Process payments using cash or credit card machines
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, utensils, and menus

Requirements:
- Malayalee nationality preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent multitasking skills
- Proven experience as a waiter/waitress or similar role is a plus but not required
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
