Gardening Assistant



We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Gardening Assistant to join our team in Sheduva. As a Gardening Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the head gardener in maintaining the beauty and functionality of our gardens.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with planting, watering, weeding, and pruning of plants and flowers
- Maintain clean and tidy garden beds, paths, and walkways
- Operate various gardening tools and equipment safely
- Assist with the installation of new plants, shrubs, and trees
- Help to maintain irrigation systems for proper watering of plants
- Monitor plant health and report any issues or concerns to the head gardener
- Assist with general garden maintenance such as raking leaves, sweeping paths, and collecting debris
- Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:
- Must be physically fit and able to perform manual labor in an outdoor setting
- No prior gardening experience required but a passion for gardening is preferred
- Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is an asset)
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends if required

Salary: $1200 per month
