Mason Supervisor

We are in need of a skilled Mason Supervisor to oversee our construction projects in Sheduva. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of masons and ensuring that all work is completed accurately and efficiently. This position requires strong leadership skills, as well as extensive knowledge and experience in masonry techniques and materials.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of masons on construction sites
- Ensure that all masonry work is completed according to project plans and specifications
- Train and mentor new masons, providing guidance and support as needed
- Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy
- Order necessary materials and supplies for projects
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure project success
- Maintain a safe working environment at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Mason or similar role
- Strong leadership skills
- Extensive knowledge of various masonry techniques and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and understand project plans
- Excellent time-management skills
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor tasks
- Clear communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Indian nationality preferred (open to all nationalities)

Salary: $1800/month
