Head Baker



We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Baker to join our team in Sheduva, a beautiful city located in the heart of Lithuania. As a Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire baking operation, including creating new recipes, managing inventory and supplies, and training and supervising other bakers. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking for steady employment.

Requirements:
- Prior experience working as a baker for at least 5 years
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to create new and innovative recipes
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Good communication skills for training and supervising other bakers
- A passion for baking and delivering high-quality products to customers

Responsibilities:
- Develop new recipes and ensure all baked goods are consistently high quality
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train new bakers on proper techniques and procedures
- Supervise all baking operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Maintain a clean and organized work space at all times
- Communicate with other departments to coordinate orders effectively

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position that may require some weekend or evening shifts. Our bakery operates in a fast-paced environment, so the ability to work under pressure is essential.
