We are looking for a driven and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team at our luxury hotel in Sheduva. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates. You will also manage a team of sales professionals, developing their skills and guiding them towards achieving targets. This is a contract job with the potential for full-time employment. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. This will require strong networking skills and the ability to negotiate contracts and partnerships. You will also analyze market trends and competition to ensure that our hotel remains competitive in the industry.

To excel in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in hotel sales management, preferably in a luxury hotel setting. A bachelor's degree in business or hospitality management is preferred but not required. You should also have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
