Concierge Assistant - Sheduva, India
We are in need of a reliable and hardworking Concierge Assistant to join our team in Sheduva. In this role, you will assist the Concierge in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, provide information about the hotel and its amenities
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest requests and inquiries promptly and efficiently
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest needs
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked concierge desk area
- Make reservations for dining, transportation, and other services as requested by guests
- Maintain knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and events to make recommendations to guests
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner, escalating to management when necessary
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or tourism degree preferred
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks at once
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays if needed
Salary:
This is a temporary position with a salary of 1200$ per month. Accommodation will be provided for those who need it.
