Network and Systems Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining the company's network infrastructure and ensuring the smooth operation of all systems.

Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Manage user accounts, permissions, email, and anti-virus software
- Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures
- Keep up-to-date with new technologies and implement them when necessary
- Provide technical support to users on network-related issues
- Create and maintain documentation for network configurations and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Network and Systems Administrator
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Experience with network security tools such as firewalls and intrusion detection systems
- Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Good communication skills in English

Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a full-time position with no accommodation provided. Preference will be given to candidates from Pakistan or the Philippines.
