IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team in Kaunas. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. This position requires excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a customer-oriented approach.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide timely resolutions
- Install and configure computer systems and networks
- Maintain and monitor computer systems and networks to ensure their efficiency
- Set up new user accounts, permissions, and passwords
- Train users on new technologies or software applications
- Identify potential system improvements and implement them in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Fluency in English is not required but considered an advantage
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems, hardware troubleshooting, networking concepts, and computer security protocols
