We are seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer to join our dynamic team in Kaunas. As a Full-Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing software solutions that meet business needs. Your main focus will be on developing and maintaining the front-end and back-end of web applications, ensuring they are user-friendly and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine project requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Design and develop user interfaces using ReactJS or AngularJS
- Develop server-side components using Node.js or Java
- Implement database solutions using MySQL or MongoDB
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Troubleshoot and debug software issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Full-stack Developer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like ReactJS or AngularJS
- Familiarity with server-side languages such as Node.js or Java
- Experience with database design and management using MySQL or MongoDB
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
