Junior Data Analyst - Kaunas, Lithuania



We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to join our growing team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to provide valuable insights and recommendations to various departments within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and clean data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Analyze large datasets using statistical methods and tools such as SQL, Python, or R
- Interpret data and identify trends, patterns, and correlations to provide meaningful insights
- Create visualizations and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions
- Continuously monitor data integrity and perform audits as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related field
- 1-2 years of experience working with data analysis or similar role
- Proficient in SQL and at least one programming language (Python preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders
