We are hiring an experienced JAVA Developer for a fast-paced and dynamic company in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a JAVA Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions for our clients. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement software applications using Java programming language. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and experience working with various frameworks and tools such as Spring, Hibernate, and Maven. Responsibilities:
- Designing, coding, testing and debugging software applications using Java programming language
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs
- Maintaining existing codebase by identifying bugs and implementing fixes
- Developing unit tests to ensure code quality and functionality
- Participating in code reviews to ensure best practices are followed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a JAVA Developer
