Quality Assurance Engineer - Kaunas, Lithuania

As a Quality Assurance Engineer in our fast-paced technology company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute test cases, analyze results, and report any issues to the development team. You will also be involved in identifying and implementing improvements to our testing processes.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a QA Engineer
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools
- Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium or Appium
- Ability to write clear and concise bug reports
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test cases based on product specifications
- Identify, record, and track bugs throughout the testing process
- Collaborate with the development team to resolve issues and ensure quality standards are met
- Create and maintain test plans and documentation
- Continuously improve our testing processes by identifying areas for automation or optimization
