Project Manager



We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to join our team in Kaunas. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various projects within our company. Your main goal will be to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. You must have excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage project teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in project management and a strong understanding of project management methodologies. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Asana is preferred

Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines, budgets, resources, and risk management strategies
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders and ensure alignment with company goals
- Lead project teams by delegating tasks, setting deadlines, and monitoring progress
- Identify potential risks or issues that may impact the success of the project
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Conduct regular meetings with team members to track progress and address any issues
- Prepare reports on project status for upper management
- Continuously improve processes to increase efficiency and productivity
