Quality Assurance Tester

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Tester to join our team in Kaunas. In this role, you will be responsible for testing and evaluating software applications to ensure they meet the desired quality standards. You will work closely with developers and project managers to identify and report any bugs or issues, as well as suggest improvements for the overall user experience. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in software testing and a strong understanding of quality assurance processes.

Responsibilities:
- Test and evaluate software applications for functionality, usability, and performance
- Identify, document, and track bugs and issues using appropriate tools
- Collaborate with developers and project managers to resolve issues and improve overall product quality
- Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements
- Conduct regression testing to ensure previous functionality has not been affected by new updates or features
- Provide feedback on user experience and suggest improvements for usability
- Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in software testing

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle
- Excellent analytical skills with an eye for detail
- Familiarity with testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, or Bugzilla
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members at all levels
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month. Please note that this position does not include accommodation or visa sponsorship. We are looking for candidates who are already authorized to work in Kaunas.
