Entry-Level Software Tester

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Software Tester in Kaunas. As a Tester, you will be responsible for conducting manual and automated tests on software applications to ensure functionality and quality. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software testing methodologies and be able to work independently and in a team environment. Responsibilities:
- Conduct manual and automated tests on software applications
- Identify, analyze, and document defects in the software
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues
- Create test plans and test cases based on project requirements
- Execute regression tests to ensure changes do not impact existing functionality
- Report on test results and provide recommendations for improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java or Python is a plus
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
