Online Consultant in Kaunas, Lithuania

As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients through various online platforms. You will assist clients with inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide product knowledge and recommendations. This is a contract position with a salary of $1200 per month, including accommodation in Kaunas.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries and provide solutions through live chat, email, and social media platforms
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate team if needed
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service
- Utilize product knowledge to make recommendations and upsell services or products
- Keep up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and products to provide accurate information to clients

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required

Working Conditions:
