We are currently hiring an English speaking moderator to join our team in Kaunas. As a moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing online communities to ensure a safe and friendly environment for users.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate online forums, social media groups, and other digital platforms
- Review user-generated content and ensure it adheres to community guidelines
- Respond to user inquiries and escalate any issues to the appropriate team members
- Collaborate with other moderators to develop strategies for community engagement
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for community management

Requirements:
- Native or fluent English speaker
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven experience in community management or moderation
- Ability to handle sensitive or controversial topics in a professional manner
- Comfortable working with different cultures and backgrounds
