We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Painter, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces and applying paint to various structures, including buildings, walls, furniture, and other surfaces. The ideal candidate will have experience in both commercial and residential painting projects.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, priming, or patching to ensure proper adhesion of paint
- Select and mix paints to achieve desired color and texture
- Apply paint or other finishes to various surfaces using brushes, rollers or sprayers
- Cover floors and furniture with drop cloths to protect from paint splatters
- Repair any damages or imperfections on surfaces before painting
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed while working on ladders or scaffolds
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in commercial and residential painting projects
- Proficiency in color mixing and matching techniques
- Knowledge of different types of paints and their application methods
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent attention to detail
- Must be able to speak English fluently
- Valid work permit for Kaunas

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.
