A construction company in Kaunas is seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Worker to join their team. This position is perfect for someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for working with concrete. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably with a focus on concrete work. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for mixing and pouring concrete, smoothing and leveling surfaces, and following safety protocols. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Mix and pour concrete according to specifications
- Smooth and level surfaces using hand or power tools
- Set up forms or molds for pouring concrete
- Follow safety protocols at all times
- Maintain proper care of tools and equipment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project completion
- Adhere to project timelines and deadlines
- Clean and maintain work area

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in construction or related field
- Experience working specifically with concrete preferred
- Physical strength and endurance to handle heavy materials
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions
- Attention to detail
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
