Industrial Alpinist

As an Industrial Alpinist, you will be responsible for performing high-altitude industrial tasks such as building maintenance, construction, and repair. You will use specialized equipment and techniques to access and work at extreme heights in a variety of weather conditions. This is a physically demanding job that requires excellent physical fitness and agility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-altitude industrial tasks such as cleaning, painting, welding, and repairs
- Use specialized equipment such as ropes, harnesses, and ascenders to access worksites
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure safe working conditions
- Work in a variety of weather conditions including extreme heat or cold
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure efficiency
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and any issues encountered

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Physically fit with excellent balance, strength, and coordination
- Comfortable working at heights for extended periods of time
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures related to industrial alpinism
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Kaunas, Lithuania (open to candidates from Kenya)

Employment Type: Contract (3-month initial contract with possibility for extension)

Visa & Ticket: Visa sponsorship and ticket provided by employer (for non-EU candidates)
