We are searching for an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders to complete a variety of construction and maintenance projects.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner according to job site requirements
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and perform routine maintenance as needed
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating equipment
- Communicate with team members to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently
- Read and interpret blueprints, maps, and other job specifications
- Utilize GPS systems and other technology to guide equipment operation
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating heavy equipment in a construction or maintenance setting
- Valid biometric passport for international travel preferred
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations
- Excellent hand-eye coordination with the ability to operate controls with precision
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1500 per month, with potential for increases based on experience.
