The Preservation Architect will be responsible for preserving and restoring historic structures and buildings in the city of Kaunas. This individual will work closely with local officials, historians, and other professionals to ensure the preservation of cultural heritage sites. Key duties include conducting site surveys, analyzing historical documents and artifacts, developing preservation plans, and overseeing restoration projects. The ideal candidate will have a degree in architecture or historic preservation and at least 3 years of experience in the field. Strong knowledge of local building codes and historical preservation guidelines is required. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are also essential for success in this role. The Preservation Architect must be able to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with a team. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month and includes free visa and ticket for Nepali nationals. Fluency in English is preferred but not required.
