Preservation Architect
A prestigious architecture firm in Kaunas is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Preservation Architect to join our team. This position requires a candidate with a deep understanding of historic preservation, architectural design, and project management.
As a Preservation Architect, you will work on various projects involving the preservation and restoration of historic buildings. Your responsibilities will include conducting site visits, assessing the condition of existing structures, developing preservation plans, and overseeing construction teams. You must have excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients, contractors, and government agencies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an architect with a focus on historic preservation
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations related to historic preservation
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Indian nationality preferred
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month. Please note that this position does not include accommodation. Relocation assistance may be provided for the right candidate.
