Industrial Architect - Design and Plan Industrial Structures

As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial structures such as factories, warehouses, and production facilities. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and requirements, and develop innovative and efficient solutions that meet their goals. This role requires strong technical skills in industrial construction, as well as a creative approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to define project goals, budget, and timeline
- Conduct site visits and surveys to assess feasibility of proposed projects
- Prepare detailed plans, designs, and specifications for industrial structures
- Utilize CAD software to create 2D and 3D models of proposed designs
- Consider factors such as safety regulations, environmental impact, and cost-effectiveness in design process
- Coordinate with engineers and contractors to ensure successful execution of plans
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make adjustments as needed
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in building materials and techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in industrial architecture design
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes related to industrial structures
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD or similar)
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers, etc.
- Creative problem-solving abilities
- Strong attention to detail

Salary: $1400 (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Kaunas (open to candidates from all nationalities)
