Architecture Manager (Kaunas, Lithuania)


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our dynamic team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects, including planning, budgeting, and coordinating with other teams and stakeholders. Your main goal will be to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of architectural projects from concept to completion
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements
- Oversee the work of architects and other team members to ensure design integrity and quality
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise
- Review and approve design documents, specifications, and materials
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural project management
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fluency in English (knowledge of Lithuanian is a plus)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1800 per month for this full-time position.
