Fitter

A leading manufacturing company in Kaunas is seeking a skilled Fitter to join their team. As a Fitter, you will be responsible for assembling and fitting parts according to blueprints and technical specifications. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Assemble and fit components using hand and power tools
- Ensure all parts are properly aligned and secured
- Use measuring instruments to ensure accuracy
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues in the assembly process
- Maintain clean and safe work area
- Adhere to company safety standards and procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Fitter or similar role
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read technical drawings
- Proficient in the use of hand and power tools
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects
- Excellent time management skills
