Junior Accountant - Kaunas, Lithuania (Filipino Nationals Preferred)


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. This is a full-time position that does not require English proficiency or prior experience in accounting. As a Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks including data entry, reconciliations, and preparing financial reports. You will work closely with our senior accountants to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with data entry for accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Perform bank reconciliations on a regular basis
- Prepare monthly financial reports
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills in English (Filipino language proficiency is a plus)
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
