Junior Floral Designer

As a Junior Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique flower arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, events, and everyday floral needs. You will work closely with our team of experienced florists to learn and develop your skills in flower selection, arrangement techniques, and customer service. This is an entry-level position perfect for someone who is passionate about flowers and looking to gain experience in the floral industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating flower arrangements according to client requests and preferences
- Ensure all flowers are fresh and of high quality
- Maintain inventory of flowers and supplies
- Help with cleaning and organizing the workspace
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients, answering questions, and taking orders
- Assist senior florists with larger-scale projects such as weddings or events

Requirements:
- Passion for flowers and creativity
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of different types of flowers and their care requirements (training will be provided)
- Must be physically able to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 25 pounds, and work with tools such as scissors and wire cutters

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Kaunas, Lithuania (open to all nationalities)
