Florist for a Busy Flower Shop in Kaunas, Lithuania



We are seeking a skilled and creative florist to join our busy flower shop in the beautiful city of Kaunas, Lithuania. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of flowers and designs, creating stunning arrangements for special occasions, weddings, and everyday orders.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1800$. Additional commission may be offered for large or custom orders.

Contract Job:

Experience Required:
Previous experience as a florist is required. We are looking for someone with strong design skills and knowledge of different types of flowers and plants. Creativity, attention to detail, and excellent customer service are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and creating beautiful floral arrangements according to customer requests
- Assisting customers with selecting appropriate flowers and providing expert advice on care instructions
- Maintaining inventory levels, ordering supplies when needed
- Keeping work area clean and organized
- Managing multiple orders while meeting deadlines
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure quality and timely delivery of orders

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a florist in a retail environment
- Knowledgeable about different types of flowers and plants, as well as current floral trends
- Proficient in design techniques such as hand-tied bouquets, centerpieces, and corsages
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Availability to work on weekends and holidays when needed
