Junior Construction Manager - Kaunas, Lithuania

We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Construction Manager to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Junior Construction Manager, you will assist in overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion. This is a contract position with a starting salary of 1200$. No previous experience is required and we welcome applications from all nationalities and genders.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating project plans and schedules
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects
- Monitor progress and quality of work on construction sites
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Manage budget and track expenses for each project
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field preferred
- Fluent in English (Lithuanian language skills are a plus)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to read construction drawings and blueprints
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
