Office Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff and ensuring the smooth operations of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate contacts
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing outgoing correspondence
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory, order supplies as needed
- Schedule meetings and appointments, prepare meeting materials as requested
- Assist with travel arrangements for employees
- Process invoices and expense reports
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, scanning documents, etc.
- Help with organizing company events or meetings if needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some post-secondary education is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month along with benefits. This is a full-time position that requires you to have your own visa to work in Lithuania.
