Land Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and collecting data to determine boundaries and locations of various features on the land. Your main duty will be to accurately measure and map out the terrain using specialized equipment such as GPS devices and total stations. You will also be responsible for analyzing survey data, creating reports and delivering them to clients. The ideal candidate will have a degree in surveying or a related field, at least 2 years of experience in land surveying, and proficiency in using surveying tools and software. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has excellent attention to detail, and is able to work independently.

Salary: $1000 per month

Location: Kaunas, Lithuania

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment
- Collect data on terrain features such as contours, elevations, and boundaries
- Analyze survey data and create reports for clients
- Use software such as AutoCAD or GIS to process and present survey data
- Work closely with engineers, architects, and other professionals on construction projects
- Ensure accuracy of measurements by following established procedures
- Maintain equipment in good working condition

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in land surveying
- Proficiency in using surveying tools such as total stations and GPS devices
- Knowledge of CAD software such as AutoCAD or Microstation is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors for long periods of time
