Entry-Level Merchandiser in Kaunas, Lithuania


We are hiring an entry-level merchandiser to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and marketed in a visually appealing and organized manner. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to start their career in the retail industry and gain valuable experience.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain product displays according to company guidelines
- Ensure all products are stocked and restocked on shelves or racks
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management about any stock shortages
- Keep the store clean and organized, including restocking shelves and removing expired or damaged products
- Work closely with the sales team to create appealing displays that promote our products
- Monitor competitor activity and make suggestions for improvements to stay competitive

Requirements:
- No previous experience required, training will be provided
- Basic English language skills preferred but not required
- Must be able to legally work in Lithuania without sponsorship
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as needed
