Sales Manager - Indian Nationals

We are a multinational company based in Kaunas, seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve sales targets. You will also be responsible for managing the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Manage the sales team, providing training, guidance, and support as needed
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Maintain existing client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance for upper management
