Land Surveyor for Construction Projects in Kaunas, Lithuania


We are in need of a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team for construction projects in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine land boundaries, topography, and other features to assist in the design and construction of various projects. You will also be responsible for analyzing data and creating detailed reports for project planning.

Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS, and laser scanners
- Strong knowledge of land surveying techniques and principles
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent mathematical skills with attention to detail
- Good communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to identify land boundaries, topography, and other features
- Use surveying equipment to measure distances, angles, elevations, and contours
- Analyze data from surveys to create maps, charts, and reports
- Work closely with engineers and architects to assist with project planning
- Ensure accuracy of survey data by performing quality checks
- Keep accurate records of all surveys conducted
