We are in need of a reliable and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Kaunas. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and other important information for construction and development projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
- Analyze survey data to create accurate maps, reports, and documentation
- Identify and mark property boundaries using stakes, flags, or other markers
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to provide accurate survey information for project planning
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding land surveying activities
- Maintain survey equipment and tools in good working condition

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in the use of land surveying equipment and software
- Strong knowledge of land surveying techniques and procedures
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to accurately interpret data

Salary: $1100/month

This is a full-time position with no English language requirements. We welcome candidates of any nationality who hold their own visa. Previous experience is not required as training will be provided.
