Gardener - Landscaping Specialist


We are hiring a skilled Gardener - Landscaping Specialist to join our team in Kaunas. As a part of our dedicated gardening team, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the appearance of various outdoor spaces, including parks, gardens, and commercial properties.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement landscape plans according to client preferences and site conditions
- Plant, prune, and maintain trees, shrubs, flowers, and other plants
- Install irrigation systems and ensure proper watering schedules
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, weeding, and fertilizing lawns
- Identify and treat plant diseases or pests as needed
- Keep outdoor spaces neat and tidy by removing debris and ensuring proper disposal
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service

Requirements:
- Prior experience in gardening or landscaping preferred but not required
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong knowledge of plants, soil types, and proper planting techniques
- Basic understanding of irrigation systems
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month based on experience.

Location:
This position is located in Kaunas. While we prefer candidates from Nepali English speaking backgrounds with no experience necessary. However all qualified candidates will be considered regardless of nationality or location.
