Hotel Sales Manager - Kaunas, Lithuania
As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel in Kaunas, Lithuania. Your primary goal will be to attract and retain guests by developing and implementing effective sales strategies. You will also work closely with the marketing team to promote the hotel and maintain brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Identify potential clients and build relationships with them
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Negotiate contracts with corporate clients and manage relationships
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns
- Analyze sales data and adjust strategies accordingly
- Train and supervise the sales team to ensure high performance
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the hospitality industry
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of market trends and competitors
- Experience in developing effective sales strategies
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Fluency in English is preferred
- Kenyan nationality preferred
