Hotel Sales Manager
We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As the Hotel Sales Manager, your main responsibility will be to drive sales and revenue for our hotel through developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, both locally and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue for the hotel
- Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms with clients and partners
- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Analyze market trends and competition to inform sales strategies
- Use various platforms such as social media, email marketing, and trade shows to promote the hotel's services
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
- Proven track record of success in hotel sales or a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Knowledge of local market trends and ability to adapt sales strategy accordingly
- Familiarity with CRM software for managing client relationships
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
