We are in search of a skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Siauliai. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting our company's network and computer systems. Your main duties will include monitoring network performance, installing new software and hardware, conducting regular system backups, and providing technical support to end-users.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of networking concepts, as well as experience with Windows and Linux operating systems. The ideal candidate should also possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Install, configure, and maintain network equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls
- Implement security measures to protect the company's data and systems
- Conduct regular system backups and ensure data is properly stored
- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware or software related issues
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and recommend upgrades or improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols and concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server operating systems (2008/2012/2016)
- Familiarity with Linux operating systems (Ubuntu/CentOS)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Siauliai
Preference: Indians with English speaking skills
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years
