Team Lead - English Language (Malayalee)
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to join our dynamic and growing team in Siauliai. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of English-speaking professionals, with a focus on hiring and managing Malayalee employees. Your main role will be to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the team, while providing guidance and support to team members as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and manage a team of English-speaking professionals, with a focus on Malayalee employees
- Develop and implement strategies for improving team performance and efficiency
- Monitor team progress and provide regular reports to senior management
- Ensure that all team members comply with company policies and procedures
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Act as a liaison between the team and senior management, communicating any issues or concerns that arise
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow across teams

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within an English-speaking environment
- Fluent in both English and Malayalam languages
- Experience managing a diverse team with different cultural backgrounds is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with non-native speakers
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions under pressure
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Siauliai, Lithuania (accommodation provided)
