Industrial Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Sheduva, working on English speaking contract jobs. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and structures while adhering to safety regulations and project timelines. Your role will also involve collaborating with engineers and contractors to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in industrial architecture
- Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and construction processes
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software
- Excellent communication and project management skills

Responsibilities:
- Design industrial buildings and structures according to client specifications, budget, and timeline
- Create detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models using software tools
- Collaborate with engineers and contractors to ensure designs are feasible and meet all safety requirements
- Oversee construction process to ensure compliance with design plans and quality standards
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction
- Communicate with clients on a regular basis to provide updates on project status, resolve any concerns or issues, and ensure satisfaction with the final design

Salary:
This is a contract position offering a salary of 1600$ per month.

Location:
This job is located in Sheduva but is open to candidates from all nationalities. Accommodation will not be provided for this position.
