Senior Architect - Sheduva, India



We are currently hiring a Senior Architect to join our growing team in Sheduva, India. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring they meet all technical and aesthetic requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of architects and coordinate with other departments to ensure the successful completion of projects
- Develop design concepts and present them to clients
- Prepare detailed construction drawings and specifications
- Monitor project progress and ensure that all work is completed within budget and on schedule
- Conduct site visits to inspect construction progress and address any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with contractors and engineers to resolve any technical challenges
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technology advancements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an architect, preferably in commercial or residential projects
- Strong knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp or Revit
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience leading a team and coordinating with various stakeholders
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and colleagues

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month for this position.
