Online English Tutor - Remote

We are in need of an experienced Online English Tutor to provide virtual language instruction to students in Africa. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the English language, as well as previous experience teaching or tutoring. This is a contract position with flexible hours and the ability to work remotely.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting one-on-one virtual lessons with students in Africa
- Creating lesson plans and materials tailored to each student's needs
- Monitoring student progress and providing feedback
- Maintaining accurate records of student attendance and progress
- Collaborating with other tutors and teachers to share resources and ideas

Requirements:
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience teaching or tutoring English
- Strong communication skills and ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds
- Access to reliable internet connection and necessary technology for virtual lessons
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with African students or knowledge of African culture
- Teaching certification or degree in English or related field

Salary: $1300 per month (paid monthly)

City: Sheduva, Lithuania (remote work)

Contract Length: 6 months, with potential for extension based on performance
