Job Title: Web Designer



We are searching for a skilled and creative Web Designer to join our growing team in Siauliai. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites, ensuring that they meet client requirements and align with industry standards.

In this role, you will collaborate with the development team to design and implement new website features and layouts. You must have a strong understanding of user experience (UX) design principles and be able to create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that effectively communicate your design vision.

To excel in this position, you should have a keen eye for detail and be able to balance aesthetics with functionality. You must also have excellent communication skills as you will be working closely with clients and team members from various departments.

Responsibilities:

- Design visually appealing websites that meet client requirements
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure website functionality
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas
- Conduct user research to inform design decisions
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide them with updates on project progress
- Work closely with other team members such as graphic designers, developers, and project managers

Requirements:

- Proven work experience as a Web Designer or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous web design projects
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Knowledge of HTML5/CSS3
- Understanding of UX design principles
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

- Degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Experience working on e-commerce websites
- Familiarity with JavaScript or other front-end languages

Salary: $1100 per month
