We are seeking a skilled and experienced Moderator to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and moderating online content and ensuring that it aligns with the company's policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor user-generated content on various platforms and ensure it meets quality standards
- Respond to user inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other team members to identify potential issues and develop solutions
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for content moderation
- Review and update company policies as necessary

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a moderator or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (Lithuanian or other languages are a plus)
- Familiarity with social media platforms, online forums, and community management software
- Ability to handle sensitive or controversial topics with professionalism and empathy
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively

This is a contract job with the possibility of extension based on performance. Experience in content moderation is required. We offer a salary of 1500$ per month for this position.
