We are seeking an Indian moderator to oversee our English-speaking online community in Siauliai. As a moderator, you will be responsible for ensuring the community forum remains a safe and welcoming space for all members. Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate all posts and comments on the community forum to ensure they adhere to our guidelines and policies
- Engage with community members, respond to inquiries, and facilitate discussions
- Identify and resolve conflicts or issues within the community
- Collaborate with other moderators to develop strategies for growing and improving the community
- Provide regular reports on community activity and trends
- Stay up-to-date on industry news, trends, and best practices related to online communities

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Ability to work independently and make decisions quickly
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous experience moderating an online community is preferred but not required
- Must be comfortable with using technology and social media platforms
- Must have legal authorization to work in Lithuania
