Finisher for Manufacturing Company in Siauliai

As a Finisher for our manufacturing company in Siauliai, you will be responsible for the final stage of production, ensuring that our products meet quality standards and customer specifications. Your attention to detail and precision will be crucial in producing high-quality finished products. This is a hands-on role that requires physical strength and stamina, as you will be working with various tools and equipment to complete your tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Perform finishing techniques, such as sanding and polishing, to achieve desired results
- Use various tools and equipment, such as sanders and grinders, to complete tasks
- Read and interpret blueprints or drawings to understand customer specifications
- Communicate any issues or concerns with production team to ensure timely completion of projects
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a finisher in a manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific instructions
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual tasks on a regular basis
- Ability to read blueprints or drawings is an asset
- Excellent communication skills in English (Lithuanian language skills are also preferred)
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Siauliai, Lithuania (candidates from Canada or other foreign countries are welcome)
