Formworker

We are a construction company based in Siauliai, seeking experienced and skilled Formworkers to join our team. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for constructing temporary structures used to support concrete during the pouring and drying process. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials
- Cut, shape, and assemble wood, metal or other materials to form concrete molds
- Align forms for pouring concrete
- Install rebar or wire mesh as needed
- Pour and level concrete into forms
- Smooth and finish surfaces using hand or power tools
- Remove forms after concrete has dried
- Clean and maintain equipment

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Formworker in the construction industry
- Knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in various weather conditions

Salary: $1000 per month
