We are seeking a skilled Concrete Worker to join our team in Siauliai. The ideal candidate will have experience working with concrete and be able to handle physical labor in various weather conditions. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$. Preference will be given to Egyptian or Kenyan candidates, but we welcome applicants from all nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare job sites for concrete work by setting up equipment and materials
- Pour concrete into designated areas and smooth out surfaces using hand tools
- Use power tools such as saws and drills to cut and shape concrete pieces
- Finish surfaces by applying sealants, waterproof coatings, or other treatments
- Monitor curing process and make adjustments as needed
- Clean up job sites after work is completed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience working with concrete
- Physically fit and able to perform strenuous labor for extended periods of time
- Basic understanding of construction principles and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Flexibility to work in different weather conditions
